Can someone explain to me how I made it to two weeks 'til my 28th birthday without ever trying a cheese curd? I discovered this strange, squeaky delicacy at a local deli this morning and all I can say is -- thank you, God.

You'd never had a cheese curd?!! Holy goodness, you were missing out! In MN, the cheese curd is practically a state food. MMmmmm, delish!
Wow, I'm clearly missing out as well. Never seen these things. And deep fried! Awesome!
Ya know...I don't think I've ever had one either.
I should really look into this matter.
