I invented a recipe!

Even if you're not so into the tofu thing (I'm not usually, but had a weird craving), give this baby a try. I made it up, and it was incredible!

I large block extra-firm tofu
1/4 cup soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Cut tofu into 8 half-inch pieces. Marinate in soy sauce, salt and pepper for 1 hour or more. Place cubes of tofu on greased baking sheet (don't skimp on this part unless you want to spend your night scraping burnt tofu off a baking sheet). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees, flip over, bake for 10-15 additional minutes until edges are brown. Serve with extra soy sauce on the side.

Interesting idea. I'll have to try it sometime!
